Norauto, part of the Mobivia Group and a leader in European auto centers, faced inefficient, low-visibility procurement and accounting processes—200 accounts, 120,000 invoices (30,000 scanned) with 75% managed manually—creating compliance and reporting challenges across procure-to-pay. To address goals of optimizing, sharing and securing procurement, streamlining the supplier base and driving financial and efficiency gains, Norauto selected Corcentric’s modular procurement solution on the Corcentric Platform.

Corcentric implemented its procurement suite (sourcing, analytics and supplier information management) integrated with Norauto’s SAP ERP, delivered as a scalable SaaS platform with a Continuous Improvement Process and regular Customer Success collaboration. The deployment reached 565 users (98% adoption) managing nearly 3,000 orders per month, saved 2,800 work hours and about €70,000 in the past year, and set the stage for further billing savings via invoice‑receipt matching as Corcentric continues to evolve the solution.
