Meineke Dealers Purchasing Cooperative, Inc. represents roughly 780 Meineke franchise locations and was struggling to leverage true group buying power because vendors billed and collected from each franchise separately, driving up prices and administrative costs. After an RFP, the Cooperative selected Corcentric’s ManagedAR to simplify billing, standardize payment terms, and enable centralized procurement.

Corcentric implemented its ManagedAR solution (powering the MDPCI Transact platform) so vendors bill Corcentric directly while Corcentric guarantees payment and handles collections, onboarding, dispute resolution and invoice delivery. The result: 240 locations enrolled so far, guaranteed vendor payments and elimination of bad debt, lower pricing for products like oil and tires, extended payment terms, and measurable time and cost savings from automated invoicing and EDI/XML delivery.
