Alliant Credit Union (ACU), a Chicago‑based, member‑owned financial cooperative serving 500,000 members and holding more than $12 billion in assets, needed to mature its procurement and third‑party risk management as it centralized procurement amid rapid growth and regulatory scrutiny.
