Geith International gains control of credit risk and reduces DSO with Corcentric Managed AR

Geith International, a global manufacturer and distributor of construction equipment and excavator attachments with more than 700 dealer accounts across EMEA, was struggling with late payments, credit risk and overstretched internal teams. To regain control of receivables and streamline onboarding and payment processes, Geith partnered with Corcentric to deploy Corcentric Managed AR.

Corcentric deployed a dedicated AR team that took full ownership of credit checks, daily order decisioning, collections, dispute resolution and customer onboarding, integrating with Geith’s ERP via twice-daily data sync and API-driven credit visibility. The Corcentric Managed AR program cut DSO by 31 days (from 90 to 59), supported a €36.5M credit line for 2025, achieved an average resolution time of 3.5 days, delivered zero bad debt and 100% of transactions funded, while reducing account holds and freeing Geith’s internal resources.
