Movianto, a leading European healthcare logistics partner, faced growing complexity in its order-to-cash operations—sending invoices on behalf of clients to their customers across 11 countries—while constrained by SAP’s lack of mass-send, contact and delivery-rule capabilities. Corcentric implemented Corcentric EIPP to automate invoice, statement and dunning delivery, add delivery rules and per-client customization, and provide customer portals for self‑service. As a result, Movianto automated about 46,000 invoices per month, saved the equivalent of 80 staff days monthly, substantially reduced headcount in credit control, and regained the ability to invoice NHS customers after firewall issues—demonstrating measurable efficiency and accuracy gains driven by Corcentric.
