Daimler Trucks North America, the leading heavy‑duty truck manufacturer in North America, faced a growing National Accounts parts business spanning hundreds of dealer operators and more than 15,000 customer locations. Needing greater billing and technology expertise to manage expanding billing, collections and electronic invoicing requirements, Daimler Trucks North America engaged Corcentric’s Managed AR service to outsource receivables management and enable electronic invoicing across its dealer network.
Corcentric’s Managed AR normalized hundreds of data formats and turned them into digital invoices, creating more than 17,000 unique connections between Daimler dealers and buyer ERP/PoS systems, and assuming customer credit risk to accelerate dealer payments. The Corcentric solution cut Days Sales Outstanding from 37 to 15 days (a 59% reduction), reduced disputes by 86%, enabled double‑digit revenue growth and a substantial increase in invoices processed, while improving cash flow, visibility and customer acquisition.
