Corcentric Solution Helps Fleet Take Control of Life Cycle Costs

G&P Trucking Company, a family‑owned regional truckload carrier operating roughly 375 trucks, 2,900 trailers and 230 contractors, struggled to consolidate and act on maintenance and equipment data to understand true life‑cycle costs and plan replacements. To gain visibility and modernize fleet planning, G&P Trucking Company engaged Corcentric for a solution to refine, aggregate and analyze equipment, maintenance and spend data across the fleet.

Corcentric delivered a data‑driven fleet lifecycle and business‑intelligence solution (with payables automation being added) that lets G&P analyze costs by make, model and year, improve spend forecasting, and shorten trade cycles from about 66–72 months to 45–48 months. The Corcentric solution helped G&P achieve roughly $1M in annual savings, free up working capital to buy trailers, better spec trucks for specific applications, and plan farther ahead to secure build slots.
