Andra, the French national radioactive waste management agency, was managing purchases on paper and needed a Purchase-to-Pay solution to cut costs, eliminate the paper trail for sustainability, and streamline purchasing with better visibility, monitoring and faster approvals. After an RFI and review of over 30 options, Andra selected Corcentric’s procurement/Corcentric Platform solution for its ease of use and configurable, e‑commerce–like workflows.

Corcentric implemented a centralized procurement platform with approval workflow automation and supplier management, going live in 90 days and onboarding 550+ users. The deployment reduced approval rules from 3,000 to 50, improved visibility from request to invoicing, cut average approval times and indirect costs, and now manages ~3,500 purchase orders and ~10,000 invoices per year; future plans include supplier scorecarding and SAP integration with Corcentric.
