Cora Systems implemented its ProjectVision software to serve as a centralized project management office (PMO) for DS Smith. The solution provided company-wide control and real-time visibility over all 426 projects, enabling an efficient approval process to prevent failed projects and allowing for better resource prioritization. The time project managers spent creating reports was reduced from hours to minutes. DS Smith now has complete oversight of its project portfolio across all regions.
