ON Semiconductor, a global semiconductor manufacturer with operations in 9 countries and annual revenue of $3.5 billion, needed a more efficient way to manage high-volume vendor payments across multiple currencies and regions. Working with Coprocess, the company had to handle around 20,000 invoices per month and organize them into fewer, consolidated payment runs while maintaining control over cash flow and foreign exchange exposure.

Coprocess implemented a netting-based vendor payments process integrated with Oracle ERP, using customized import formats, FX rate handling, payment file creation, and automated reporting. The solution enabled ON Semiconductor to run two netting cycles per month and reduce 20,000 invoices to about 800 payments, improve liquidity control, lower FX and payment costs, and support local settlement methods such as ACH, wire, and SEPA where possible.
