Case Study: Nestlé Achieves $3M Annual FX Savings with Coprocess Netting Solution

A Coprocess Case Study

Preview of the Nestlé Case Study

Nestlé - Customer Case Study

Nestlé, the Swiss multinational food and beverage company, needed a scalable way to manage complex intercompany payables across hundreds of legal entities and countries while reducing foreign exchange exposure and settlement risk. To address this challenge, Nestlé used the Coprocess netting solution, with integrations to SAP and its Quantum Treasury Management System.

Coprocess implemented a browser-based intercompany netting system that lets subsidiaries upload invoice-level payables, automatically net them monthly, and route final payments through treasury. The solution processes about 80,000 invoices each month, reducing roughly USD 900 million to USD 1 billion in cross-border FX exposure to about USD 500 million, and delivering estimated savings of around USD 3 million per year, along with fewer payments and improved payment discipline.
