McCain, the world’s largest producer of frozen potato products, operates a highly centralized treasury across 52 factories in 14 countries and sells in around 120 countries. To support this complex global structure, McCain worked with Coprocess to improve treasury efficiency through multilateral intercompany netting, including intercompany payments, third-party vendor payments in a POBO structure, and FX hedge settlements.

Coprocess implemented a netting solution that integrated with SAP to extract invoices and linked smoothly with McCain’s outsourced back- and middle-office treasury operations. The result was a more streamlined, centrally managed treasury process with better handling of global payment flows and improved operational efficiency across the group.
