Intertek Group PLC, a global business with 40,000+ employees across 100+ countries and around 400 business units, needed better control of intercompany activity. As the company grew through acquisition and operated in a decentralized way, it faced problems with unreconciled intercompany invoices and unsettled balances. Coprocess helped address this challenge with its Reconciliation product.

Using Coprocess Reconciliation, Intertek began phase 1 of a more streamlined intercompany matching and reconciliation process. The initiative laid the groundwork for phase 2, which planned the introduction of centralized settlement through Coprocess Netting. The case study highlights improved control and a clearer path to resolving intercompany issues, though it does not provide specific numeric performance results.
