Eaton, a long-time Coprocess customer, needed to streamline a very large multilateral netting operation across hundreds of ledgers, multiple pools, and global ERP systems. As its intercompany volume grew, especially after integrating Cooper entities, Eaton sought a better way to manage invoices, settlements, and foreign exchange across many countries and currencies.

Coprocess implemented its multilateral netting solution, integrated with FIS Quantum, SAP, Oracle ERPs, and other systems through import/export functionality. The result was a scalable netting process covering 38 countries and 19 currencies for 140,000 invoices per month, with settlements managed through the in-house bank, in-country pools, and cash, while Eaton also reported process savings and planned further expansion using advanced matching features.
