JBGoodwin simplifies agent recruiting and onboarding

JBGoodwin Realtors is a Texas real estate firm founded in 1972 with seven offices and about 850 agents. Recruiting is central to their “Help People” mission, but growth exposed a fractured process of spreadsheets, emails and notes; Salesforce was too complex and a single‑seat contact tool didn’t support team collaboration, leaving interviews, onboarding and training disorganized.

JBGoodwin implemented Copper to integrate with Google Workspace, build end‑to‑end pipelines (recruiting, interview, onboarding, training, productivity), and add automations and integrations via MailChimp, JustCall and Zapier. The CRM became a single source of truth for calls, texts, emails and notes, automated reporting, and personalized outreach; since activation they’ve seen a 37% increase in sponsored agents, a 300% rise in outbound recruiting emails and a 200% rise in recruiting texts (including 6,000 texts and 12,000 emails in the first seven months of 2021).
