A Copado Case Study
Schneider Electric, a multinational energy and automation company, was struggling with Salesforce deployments: merge conflicts, overwritten code, unsynced sandboxes and no reliable version control caused frequent go‑live errors and slow releases. To address these issues the team selected Copado, the native DevOps solution for Salesforce, to provide a structured release process and better developer collaboration.
Using Copado as a code repository and version-control layer that links code to user stories, Schneider Electric gained automated conflict flagging, easy multi‑environment sync and faster deployments. Copado reduced manual merging, enabled regular three‑week releases (plus ad‑hoc releases), allowed the team to prepare ~100 user stories in a few hours and deploy them the next day in 3–4 hours, and produced more stable go‑lives with fewer production errors.
