An edible oils plant was struggling with steam pressure reliability and achieving capacity from its back pressure steam turbine after switching from coal to a new natural gas boiler. The facility was also operating inefficiently and lacked a data historian for its operations. CoolPlanet was engaged to address these challenges.

CoolPlanet performed a detailed evaluation by creating a process model and connecting its CoolPlanetOS platform.
