How Jaderpark boosted season ticket sales with Convious' email campaigns

Jaderpark, a zoo and amusement park in Germany, faced the challenge of reopening post-lockdowns while meeting strict new legal requirements for visitor registration and capacity limits. Their old system was inadequate, and they required a new technological solution with specific industry expertise. They selected the online ticketing platform from vendor Convious to address this challenge.

With the help of Convious, Jaderpark implemented an online sale for discounted, printable season passes and gift vouchers during a Black Friday event. The vendor managed the entire campaign, including A/B testing for emails and creating a user-friendly design. The results were highly successful, generating 171 orders with an average value of €171 and €29,249 in additional sales, achieving an email open rate of 35.19%. Convious provided crucial support and flexibility for future sales initiatives.
