MAP International, a top-100 nonprofit Christian organization with $397M in revenue, needed a new online marketing solution that would support multi-channel outreach, boost fundraising, and integrate seamlessly with its decade-old donor database, Blackbaud’s The Raiser's Edge. The organization sought to eliminate manual processes and duplication errors, leverage RE data for targeted online campaigns and segments, and ensure transaction accuracy and up-to-date constituent records.

MAP implemented Convio Online Marketing with Connector RE to synchronize data between systems, map donation forms to Raiser's Edge campaigns, and enable near-real-time personalization and reporting (routine syncs every three days, accelerated during disasters). The integration doubled efficiency in gift entry and auditing, removed the need for a caging partner, allowed sustaining gifts to appear in reports without reconciliation, and leveraged 105,000 constituent records and 40+ donation forms mapped to 46 campaigns for better targeting and ROI tracking.
