Jewish National Fund (JNF) is a century-old nonprofit that develops and cares for the land of Israel through fundraising programs such as tree certificates, water projects and event registrations. Faced with fragmented vendors, limited staff (one person managing online efforts), and the need to integrate online and offline donor data, JNF needed an easy-to-use, centralized web and email solution that would improve outreach, support product sales and provide metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

JNF implemented Convio’s integrated platform for web content management, fundraising, email marketing and data synchronization with its offline donor system. As a result the site and online store grew substantially (products increased from three to 20), the email file more than doubled, online donors rose 50% (to 29,500) and JNF raised $1.4M online in 2004; JNF also localized 30+ regional newsletters, achieved far higher site engagement and now manages a sophisticated, metrics-driven program with a single staff member.
