Merkle | DWA, a global B2B media and consulting firm, faced unscalable manual lead management, growing client requirements, and stricter data‑privacy rules (GDPR/CCPA) that risked PII exposure, compliance fines and loss of advertiser business. To centralize campaign setup, restrict PII access and automate validation across regions, Merkle adopted the Convertr platform to streamline lead QA, publisher management and compliant delivery.
Convertr deployed three regional instances plus publisher management, role‑based compliance controls, automated data QA, CRM and social integrations, and out‑of‑the‑box reporting to enable real‑time lead validation and delivery. Using Convertr, Merkle processed 558,264 lead records and validated over 447,000 (Jan 2018–Jun 2020), stopped 110,614 invalid leads (~20% invalidation), cut manual work, sped up lead delivery, preserved media spend and improved client outcomes while maintaining compliance.
