RVingPlanet, an online resource for RV shoppers, wanted a better way to help visitors find the most relevant content and solutions from its large library of research tools, checklists, listings, and brochures. Working with ConvertFlow, the team aimed to target shoppers based on where they were in their buying journey and improve lead capture through more personalized on-site experiences.
Using ConvertFlow’s on-site retargeting and Infusionsoft integration, RVingPlanet delivered personalized CTAs and messages based on visitor behavior and CRM data to capture, segment, and convert leads. The result was at least 10,000 new leads that Nate Morse said they likely would not have captured otherwise, showing a significant impact on lead generation and engagement.
