Enavi, an e-commerce optimization agency, was looking to move beyond “okay” performance on Xtrema.com and uncover bigger gains in product discovery and revenue. Working with Convert.com and Convert Experiences, Enavi focused on problem areas like the navigation menu, homepage hero, and collection pages after noticing that much of the traffic wasn’t reaching product pages.

Convert.com helped Enavi run tests and track behavior with GA4, Lucky Orange, and surveys, leading to simpler shopping paths on the site. The changes drove a 16.7% increase in product views and a 40.41% increase in collection views, with a conservative annualized revenue uplift of about $755,000, or roughly 15% of ecommerce revenue.
