Spring Venture Group, a Kansas City–based independent insurance brokerage that compares plans across 25 carriers, needed a way to improve sales efficiency and determine how many marketing leads to send to agents without driving up cost per acquisition (CPA). Marketing was often over-sending leads, causing agents to miss follow-ups and reducing productivity.
Spring Venture implemented Conversica’s AI virtual persona “Mary,” integrated with Salesforce, to re-engage leads agents hadn’t reached after three days. Conversica worked ~18,288 leads (about 5,000/month), generated 143 quotes and 52 policies, and delivered a 30% lower CPA for web leads, while improving agent productivity and marketing-sales alignment.
