Sunset World, a Mexico-based operator of six resorts in the Riviera Maya and Cancun, was overwhelmed by promotional campaigns that generated as many as 1 million leads per week. The company needed to quickly qualify massive lead volumes, boost bookings, re-engage longtime Club Sunset members, convert one-time guests into members, and eliminate slow follow-up that was costing bookings.
