A Converse Marketing Case Study
The customer, Caterpillar, faced the challenge of creating a comprehensive and resonant exhibit for a major mining industry trade show, MINExpo 2016. Their goal was to effectively communicate complex messages about data optimization, dealer support, and technology to nearly 45,000 attendees in a dynamic trade show environment. To meet this challenge, they partnered with the vendor, Converse Marketing, for a full suite of event and experience services.
Converse Marketing implemented a multi-faceted solution that included a 52,000-square-foot show floor with two presentation stages, interactive Touchpoint table stations, and custom digital displays to explain complicated concepts. Their work extended beyond the convention center to include branding at the host hotel and the Las Vegas airport. The vendor's efforts successfully engaged large crowds with standing-room-only presentations and interactive experiences, ensuring Caterpillar owned the entire customer experience from arrival to departure.
