Road Scholar, the nation’s largest adult educational travel organization, wanted to boost enrollment by reaching customers who were constantly on the move, including recent visitors, lapsed customers, and entirely new prospects. Conversant helped them rethink their retargeting approach with cross-device and cross-channel targeting and personalized messaging.

Conversant expanded Road Scholar’s audience beyond recent site visitors to include historical site visitors and lapsed customers who had never returned to the website, then delivered responsive, individualized ads across devices. The result was more than 8% incremental conversions and a $20:1 incremental return on ad spend across online and offline channels, with 83 conversions occurring on different devices or offline.
