They partnered with vendor ConvergentIS on a Design Thinking engagement to better leverage their existing SAP investments and accelerate their digital transformation.

ConvergentIS implemented a suite of SAP Fiori applications to create a unified warehouse operations platform. This solution enabled 100% paperless picking, which led to a 75% decrease in manual effort and a 33% reduction in errors. The project was so successful it received the 2021 SAP AppHaus Innovation Award and opened the door to further innovation opportunities across the FortisAlberta organization.
