A Convergence Training Case Study
Westway Feed Products, a manufacturer of liquid animal feed supplements, was struggling with disengaged learners, stale course content, limited ability to author and assign training across multiple sites, and high costs with their previous LMS. To modernize training and meet new FDA-driven quality requirements, Westway adopted Convergence Training’s Enterprise LMS and online course library (with Articulate compatibility) to refresh content, improve authoring flexibility, and support a multi-site organizational structure.
Convergence Training implemented the Enterprise LMS, enabled Articulate-built course updates, and digitized tasklists and site/group assignment functionality. The change boosted learner engagement and administrative efficiency — monthly training assignment time dropped from 30–40 minutes to 3–4 minutes, new‑hire assignment time fell from about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour (saving ~15 minutes per hire), support calls declined to roughly one‑third of prior levels, and Westway can now track tasks, offsite training, and scale compliance training while lowering costs.
