The customer, an international development financing bank, faced the challenge of enabling its 5,000+ employees to efficiently locate internal colleagues with specific skills and expertise. Converge Technology Solutions was engaged to develop a solution for this large-scale internal personnel search need.

Converge Technology Solutions designed, built, and deployed a custom bilingual search UI. The solution parsed thousands of structured and unstructured documents in multiple languages and integrated with the bank's internal API endpoints. The project was so successful that its framework was extended into an additional internal tool and became the base for an enterprise-level cross-functional search application.
