The bank wanted on-the-go access to banking functions while ensuring strong security, session control, and smooth request handling.
Contus built the mobile banking app with features such as encryption, auto logout after inactivity, request queuing, device-based account management, fund transfers, bill payments, and multilingual support. The result was a major uptake: more than half of the bank’s 750,000+ customers adopted the app, making it the preferred way to bank on the go, and the success of the Contus solution even inspired another Middle East bank to pursue a similar mobile transition.
