Optimized User Experience for Trinks Employees Continuous monitoring with ControlUp

Trinks GmbH, a German beverage logistics company with around 1,700 employees, 16 branch offices, and net sales of about 1.6 billion euros, needed a way to support employees working from home during the pandemic while improving the digital workplace for users and IT. The company looked for a tool that could fit its new end-user computing environment, show all factors affecting user experience in one place, and help IT respond more flexibly to problems.

Trinks chose ControlUp’s DEX management platform, starting with the on-premises ControlUp Suite in 2020 and later moving to ControlUp Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure in 2022. Using Real-Time DX, Automation, Insights, Scoutbees, and Edge DX, Trinks improved monitoring of its Citrix and endpoint environment, optimized logon times and session resource use, and added proactive testing of internal and external services. According to IT estimates, ControlUp reduced administration and helpdesk time by 20 percent, while also helping Trinks identify issues faster and support users more efficiently.
