Modern Woodmen, a member-owned fraternal benefit society founded in 1883, needed better visibility into resource usage, processes, and consumption across its virtual machines. The IT team was dealing with VM memory and CPU issues and wanted a way to monitor endpoints and troubleshoot without relying on slow, manual steps. Modern Woodmen chose ControlUp, using ControlUp Ultimate and Edge DX.

With ControlUp in place, Modern Woodmen gained centralized monitoring and historical data for its VDI environment, which helped the team diagnose endpoint issues quickly. Troubleshooting time dropped from hours to about two minutes in many cases, and the team was able to keep 500 endpoints secure with proactive monitoring.
