VyStar Credit Union, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, needed better visibility into the health of its end-user computing environment as it expanded and shifted to remote work during the pandemic. The credit union also had to support more personal devices and remote connections while keeping user downtime low and resolving issues quickly. ControlUp was brought in to help manage that environment.

VyStar implemented ControlUp for VDI and ControlUp Insights, and the team had everything up and running in about 30 minutes. With ControlUp, VyStar said it could identify issues 10 times faster than digging through event logs and reduced troubleshooting time by 50%.
