AFGRI Enhance Building Security with Controlsoft

AFGRI Services, part of the AFGRI Group serving South Africa’s primary agricultural sector, needed to upgrade office security with an access control system that was highly secure, easy to use and cost-effective. They engaged Controlsoft and selected its iNet Door Controllers and Controlsoft Professional (Pro) management software to meet those requirements.

Controlsoft implemented IP-connected iNet controllers and Pro software over AFGRI’s corporate network, which significantly reduced installation costs and delivered a versatile, industry-standard access control solution. The system includes a “Two Swipe Rule” that only releases doors when two cards are presented within a set time, increasing security in sensitive areas — a feature AFGRI plans to extend to other locations.
