Finnish Hockey League Reimagines Sports Management and Digitizes Administration on ContractZen

The Finnish Hockey League needed to modernize operations and digitize its administrative and contractual processes to support a new digital fan and media strategy. To do this it signed up for PwC MyFiles, a cloud-based service provided by PwC Finland that is built and operated by ContractZen, to centralize contract and meeting management.

Using ContractZen’s metadata-driven contract management and all-digital board portal via PwC MyFiles, the league moved to paperless workflows—storing all teams’ player contracts, coordinating board meetings, sharing agendas and materials, and producing digital minutes. The ContractZen-powered solution eliminated multiple circulating email chains, sped up search and review, improved data protection and governance, and materially increased administrative efficiency across the league.
