ContractZen powers the growth of a rapidly scaling taxi company – Case Menevä

Menevä, Finland’s largest family business in the domestic taxi industry, was scaling rapidly and needed a way to manage a surge of nearly 500 new driver contracts across the country. The company turned to ContractZen and its contract management solution to replace a manual process that would have been too slow and difficult to handle during its digitization effort.

With ContractZen, Menevä was able to send contracts to taxi drivers for electronic signature on mobile devices, manage amendments quickly at a regional level, and automatically archive agreements for easy search and retrieval. The solution is now used by regional managers and about 20 headquarters employees to handle thousands of subcontracting contracts and other agreement types, helping support Menevä’s more than tenfold driver growth with little need for technical support.
