Mohegan Sun, a leading gaming and entertainment company, needed to replace a disparate, home‑grown contract process that caused manual bottlenecks and poor visibility for business users. After evaluating nearly a dozen options, Mohegan selected Contracts 365, a contract lifecycle management solution built on Microsoft 365, to centralize contract submission, review and tracking across the organization.

Contracts 365 implemented a centralized repository, configurable workflows and a simple user interface so business users can submit contracts from templates and monitor status while legal manages master contracts and amendments in a tree structure. The solution increased contract processing capacity by more than 60% (from about 50–60 to 80–90 contracts per month), reduced unnecessary emails and bottlenecks, improved scalability as Mohegan adds properties, and delivered measurable efficiency gains driven by Contracts 365.
