Het Poetsbureau faced a fragmented contract landscape with documents scattered across SharePoint, Dropbox, a central S‑disk, the CFO’s computer and personal Excel files, making due diligence and contract oversight difficult. On the recommendation of their legal partner Monard Law, they adopted Contractify as a secure data room and contract management platform to centralize and organize all contracts and related documents.

Contractify provided a closed, secure repository with structured folders, reading-right controls, targeted search, email uploads and Excel reporting, allowing Het Poetsbureau to link directly to contracts during due diligence and answer more than 500 external questions via a Google form. As a result, Contractify enabled easy categorization and metadata tagging, faster retrieval of documents anytime, and consolidated hundreds of contracts and documents (for example folders showing 314 contracts and 491 documents), improving visibility and control across the organization.
