Pernod Ricard, a global alcohol producer, uses Contractbook’s Core plan as a digital signature tool in its Danish sales department. Confronted with time-consuming in-person collection of signed sales contracts and a company policy to minimize paper waste, Pernod Ricard needed a faster, more sustainable way to handle approvals while cutting paper use and CO2 emissions.
Contractbook implemented digital signatures and contract lifecycle management so sales reps no longer drive to collect contracts, speeding approvals and reducing emissions. The move saves at least one sheet of paper per approved document (often more) and—through Contractbook’s forestation campaign of one tree planted per 100 signatures—results in Pernod Ricard planting at least one tree per month, delivering measurable time and environmental benefits.
