How Lenus is pioneering growth through simplified contract management for their legal, people, and sales teams

Lenus, a Denmark-based healthcare SaaS company, needed a faster way to manage a rapidly growing volume of contracts across legal, sales, and people operations. Manual drafting and approvals were slowing the team down, taking 15+ minutes per contract and sometimes up to four days to finalize, creating a bottleneck as the business expanded across multiple countries. Contractbook was brought in to help modernize their contract management process.

Using Contractbook, Lenus integrated contract workflows with Salesforce, Greenhouse, and HiBob to automate sales and employment contracts from templates and structured data. The results were significant: contract creation time dropped from 15 minutes to 5, finalization time fell to about 10 minutes, and 95% of contracts became no-touch for legal, with more than 10,000 automated contracts processed and about 230 hours saved. Contractbook also helped Lenus scale without adding headcount and improved data visibility and contract quality.
