FundBricks is a Denmark-based crowdfunding platform that connects investors and property developers while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and a secure, transparent user experience. To implement secure digital workflows without compromising UX, FundBricks turned to Contractbook, using its customisable API (Integrate plan) to embed e-signature capabilities directly into the investment flow.

Contractbook implemented a tailored API solution that integrates Contractbook’s e-sign/NemID signature and predefined document templates so investors can auto-generate and digitally sign agreements and be redirected back to FundBricks’ investment flow. The Contractbook integration delivered secure, compliant digital signing, streamlined the investor journey with automated contract execution, and enabled further automation via Zapier—playing a key role in FundBricks’ improved user experience and operational efficiency.
