Duuo automated their hiring process with Contractbook to avoid data entry and wasted time

Duuo, a Danish facilities services company, was spending too much time on manual hiring paperwork and repetitive data entry across several systems. They were already using Contractbook for employment contracts, but the process was still cumbersome and created wasted time, copy/pasting, and GDPR-related risk.

Contractbook helped Duuo automate the hiring workflow by collecting candidate data through a form, syncing it to Airtable, and auto-generating employment contracts for review and signature before sending data to e-conomic and Salary. Contractbook also supported a similar sales-agreement workflow with HubSpot. Duuo reported saving about 85 hours on employment contracts and 20 hours on sales contracts, while also making contracting scalable, faster, and more consistent.
