Kettler Upgrades Contract Lifecycle Management Solution to Power Digital Transformation

KETTLER, a multifamily developer, real estate investment, and property management company, needed a more robust way to manage a high volume of contracts across more than 20,000 properties. The company wanted to streamline contracting activities, enforce business rules consistently, and improve security and access control for its legal agreements. To address these challenges, KETTLER turned to Contract Logix and its contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.

With Contract Logix’s no-code CLM solution, KETTLER automated pre- and post-execution workflows, routed requests and approvals more efficiently, and set role-based permissions so users could only access contracts tied to their properties. Contract Logix also helped migrate existing data and documents from the prior system. As a result, KETTLER reduced manual work, improved compliance and security, and gave its legal team more time to focus on strategic risk management and core business priorities.
