Contract Eagle delivered a configurable, subscription‑based system rolled out across Airwork’s Fixed Wing and Helicopter divisions and later to its Australian offices. The platform centralised 170+ contracts, lets users find the correct version in seconds, and automates date reminders and staggered payment alerts—improving financial forecasting and reducing missed payments. Custom fields (eg. aircraft and engine serial numbers) and audit history created a searchable living record of assets and agreements, demonstrating clear operational and time‑savings benefits from Contract Eagle.
