RMF Improves Their Contact Center Without Breaking the Bank

Reverse Mortgage Funding (RMF) is a home equity conversion mortgage lender that needed a better contact center solution to support both inbound and outbound sales calls. Before working with Contivio, RMF lacked Salesforce integration, relied on manual processes, and needed a way to route inbound calls to the right sales rep by territory while giving reps an easier way to dial leads directly from Salesforce.

Contivio implemented a Salesforce-integrated CRM Power Dialer and blended contact center functionality for RMF, including screen pops, local presence dialing, and automated routing based on Salesforce data. The solution improved efficiency and helped RMF scale from 10 to more than 80 reps while keeping administration simple and cost-effective through concurrent-user pricing. Contivio also enabled faster call handling, better conversion support, and automatic syncing of call notes, dispositions, and recordings back into Salesforce.
