Prospect Labs, founded by Patrick Collins, is a lead-generation agency for startups and SMBs that was losing opportunities because its website pop-ups and live chat couldn’t cover multiple UK/US time zones, qualify visitors, or let prospects book calls. To address this, Prospect Labs adopted Continually’s real-time chatbot (with built-in calendar booking), replacing traditional live chat to provide more personalized, automated conversations.

Continually was implemented by embedding one line of code and about four hours of testing to build bespoke conversation flows that qualify leads, inject personality, show case studies, and let visitors book directly into Patrick’s diary.
