DemandFarm, a Key Account Management software for enterprise customers, needed timely, relevant company updates—“sales triggers”—to help account managers engage large accounts more effectively. They engaged Contify to integrate company news and related updates into their platform using Contify’s News Feed APIs.

Contify delivered company news, social media updates, job postings and regulatory filings from 200,000+ sources, applied customized text‑mining to filter out irrelevant marketing content, and exposed the results via News Feed APIs and a developer portal. Contify also built targeted sales‑trigger rules (partnerships, M&A, funding, customer wins, etc.) with about 95% tagging accuracy, enabling DemandFarm to launch the DemandFarm Scout feature and generate a measurable uptick in customer inquiries that the CEO said justified the investment.
