Nycomm Limited, a UK telecommunications and data distribution specialist, was struggling with a largely paper-based operation that created heavy burdens in accounts payable invoicing, purchase order processing, and day-end ERP reporting. The company needed a more sustainable way to manage large volumes of documents and reduce the floor space devoted to paper archiving, and it chose Contentverse for document management and business process automation.

Contentverse was implemented to integrate with Nycomm’s Masterpack ERP system and automate workflows for purchase orders and invoices, including email output through Outlook. The project was delivered on time and helped Nycomm move to a complete paperless system for key processes, reducing paper handling, improving file access, and strengthening auditability and security. Nycomm estimated annual savings of £120,000 over the first three years, alongside ongoing space and efficiency gains.
