BMA International FZE is a major retail group behind brands like RedTag and Twenty4, operating 250 outlets with 7,000 employees and serving millions of customers across multiple regions. Faced with hundreds of thousands of physical VAT and financial records, mandatory multi‑year electronic retention, and hundreds of documents processed daily by manual entry, BMA needed an enterprise content management solution to modernize accounts processing and speed retrieval.

Working with Cube Innovators, BMA implemented Computhink’s Contentverse—integrated with their Oracle ERP—to enable bulk uploading, batch processing and EasyIndex metadata sorting. The team migrated 104,258 documents and now processes 500–700 multi‑page documents daily, achieving fast same‑day retrieval, secure role‑based access, remote availability, and significant time and cost savings by eliminating manual data entry.
